These terms set out the basis on which CyberBuild Solutions SRL, a company registered in Bucharest, Romania, provides its services. This is a summary; the full terms applicable to a specific engagement are agreed in writing and are available on request.
We provide IT and cloud consulting and related services, including cloud migration, identity, security and ongoing support. The exact services for any project are described in the written proposal or statement of work agreed with the client. Anything not described there is out of scope unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Our work is delivered on a fixed-scope basis. The deliverables, timeline and acceptance criteria for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to scope are handled through a written change agreed by both parties.
To deliver on time, we rely on the client to provide timely access, information, approvals and the relevant points of contact. The client is responsible for ensuring it has the necessary licences and authority for the systems and data involved. Delays caused by missing access or approvals may affect agreed timelines.
Each party keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only for the engagement. Where we process personal data on the client's behalf, we do so in line with the GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — and the terms of any data processing agreement. Our handling of personal data we collect directly is described in our privacy policy.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited as set out in the written agreement for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the written agreement for an engagement provides otherwise. For any question about these terms, contact iulian@cyberbuildsolutions.com.
