9. Controller, Processor and Subprocessors

• Depending on the service, CyberBuild acts either as Controller or Processor.
• When acting as Processor, processing is performed only under client instructions and the applicable DPA.
• Infrastructure, email, security and analytics providers may act as subprocessors.

10. Data Recipients

• CyberBuild internal team under strict need-to-know access.
• Technical providers required for service delivery (hosting, cloud, support).
• Public authorities where there is an explicit legal obligation.
