Remote support
When I need to see or work on your computer or phone, we use RustDesk. It’s free and the connection goes through our own server. It takes 2 minutes.
We only connect during a scheduled appointment, with you present. We never ask for passwords, bank details or codes received by text message. If someone calls you “from CyberBuild” without an appointment, hang up.

Download RustDesk for Windows — it’s already set up for us, nothing to fill in.

Open the downloaded file. No installation needed: if Windows asks, choose “Run”.

On the call, read me the “ID” number and the “Password” shown in the app. That’s it.
When we’re done, close the app. I can’t connect without the ID and password you give me.
